Nephrotic Syndrome  

Proteinuria > 3,5g/d and low albuminemia

   
 Complete Response   Proteinuria reduction to > 200-300 mg/d
   
Partial Response   Proteinuria reduction of > 50% of nephrotic range proteinuria
     
Relapse   Return to nephrotic range proteinuria after complete or partial response
     
Steroid Dependence   Relaps while on therapy or requirement of continuation of steroids
     
 Steroid Resistance   No Reduction of Proteinuria despite adequate steroid therapy
